IQF Frozen Fruit from Vietnam
TBESAGRI supplies individually quick frozen (IQF) tropical fruit from Vietnam for juice and smoothie makers, dairy and ice cream plants, bakeries and foodservice distributors. Fruit is harvested ripe, peeled, cut and frozen to −18 °C or below, so it keeps its color, aroma and Brix for up to 24 months in frozen storage.

TBESAGRI is the tropical fruit and coffee brand of TBESFOOD COMPANY LIMITED, a member of TBES Group. We have traded Vietnamese fruit since 2016, from a head office in Ho Chi Minh City close to the growing regions of the Mekong Delta and the Central Highlands.
What we freeze
Our frozen range covers the fruits Vietnam grows best: Cat Chu and Kaew mango, purple passion fruit (Passiflora edulis), red-flesh and white-flesh dragon fruit, MD2 and Queen pineapple, papaya and durian (Monthong and Ri6). Mango and dragon fruit come mainly from the Mekong Delta and the south-central coast; passion fruit from the Central Highlands.
Each fruit is supplied as loose IQF pieces, so a buyer can take out exactly what a production run needs without thawing a whole block.
Cuts, Brix and packing
Standard cuts are dice (15 × 15, 20 × 20 or 25 × 25 mm), halves, sticks, pineapple tidbits and puree. Minimum Brix is stated per fruit on each product page — for example ≥ 13 for Cat Chu mango, ≥ 12 for passion fruit and ≥ 19 for durian.
Bulk packing is 10 kg in a PE liner inside a carton. Retail and private-label packs can be agreed per order. Cut size, Brix, color and packing are fixed in each contract.
